The narrator in My Old True Love, by Shelia Kay Adams, is inflated Wallin. To begin with I thought this mortal was a male, al one with further reading I realized that she is a woman. Even though Larkin no semipermanent lives with Arty a little import later in the book, she still keeps an eye on him and watches over him as if he is her own. We watch him grow as a person as well as face or so of his archetypical problems in life during these chapters. Music is definitely a major sidetrack of everybodys life in this novel.
